Mann Weaver Associates is a real estate team based in Lancaster, PA. The team was co-founded by Jessica Mann and Matthew Weaver. Jess and Matt have deep roots in Lancaster County and bring decades of combined real estate, finance, property management, and consulting to the team, providing a unique opportunity for a strategic approach to buying, selling, and investing in real estate. They believe in providing client-centered, honest, and trustworthy service. We are not here to simply sell you a house; we want to help provide you with your dream home.

Matt Weaver

Hello! I am Matt Weaver. I was born and raised in Lancaster County. I grew up on my family’s dairy farm, where I begrudgingly had to milk cows two times a day. I went on to study Accounting and Finance at Lebanon Valley College and began my career in public accounting. I value my accounting expertise in helping individuals and small businesses understand their numbers and make smart financial decisions. Over time, I realized how finance and real estate intersect, and I transitioned into real estate to help clients not only buy and sell homes but also recognize opportunities, avoid pitfalls, and build long-term financial strength through property ownership and investment. Alongside real estate, I’ve always had a passion for teaching and equipping others. I serve as an adjunct professor at Elizabethtown College, where I teach accounting, business, and real estate. Whether in the classroom or at the closing table, my goal is to guide, educate, and empower people to make confident decisions that support their goals, families, and futures.
